We made a terrible mess of the kitchen, the rice was probably overcooked and we bumbled a few California rolls, but we did get the hang of it and got to use those great plates Jeremy and Jenny gave me for the right reason!
These Nigiri (hand formed) Sushi were a lot easier than the Western-style rolled California rolls!
The Sake wasn't as bad as I'd expected, but the Ginger Beer Erica brought was def the best!
Another successful girls night in! I think I could make a couple rolls for an appetizer without too much trouble now! Gotta love girls night in.
